i've done it by replacing "src/XF/Str/Formatter.php"
I have overwritten Formatter.php file with the version attached to that message
And now file-check send me messages, that this file is broken.

How to fix this problem?

That is to be expected. If you wish to get rid of the message, you need to do the full upgrade to 2.0.11
