Few questions before purchasing: hosting, importing, etc

We're currently looking at purchasing a Xenforo self hosted license. We're hoping to run Wordpress as our main site and have a discussion area on Xenforo. We're not currently looking to link the two together. We have a few questions though:

1) Does anyone have any good suggestions for hosting this? We're currently checking out both Namecheap and Hetzner. We don't get significant amounts of traffic yet.
2) Is there an area where people offer services like setting up a Hetzner cloud?
3) We'd like to import from SMF which we have used for years, I assume the converter for it is available?

There are some great people within the community who offer VPS hosting such as @MySiteGuy or @MattW .

MySiteGuy can also handle a (paid but very affordable) import from SMF. You can also run the importer yourself.

Hetzner is great and affordable. Haven't had any issues with 'em.

According to this, SMF 2.0 is supported. Unsure about 2.1.

Ah correct, the Xenforo cloud will only host Xenforo.

You can certainly check around in the links above. There's a very healthy ecosystem of people selling hosting services to XF clients.

It is possible to have XF Cloud and WP on the same domain.

You would need to host WP externally though.
