RM 1.1 FAQ and Discussion tabs

I have installed resource manager and read the help, but how do I get the FAQ discussion about the resource like on this forum?

Is there a manual with more info than at http://xenforo.com/help/resource-manager/

It's a custom field.
You can set those up in the ACP.

Thanks, but i can't see there how to create a discussion.

I created a custom field called discussion, but there is still no tab for discussion.

What I want is a manual that assumes you don't already understand how to use the resource manager. is there such a thing?

The discussion tab is automatically created if you set the category up to create posts in a designated forum.
