XF 2.1 Error when inserting messages through "Insert Image" in editor.

I'm running into an issue when we're trying to insert images through uploading and inserting the url. The popup box is displaying underneath the navbar.

I've disabled all of my add-ons as well as returning to the Master Style and the error is still occurring.

Here's where the error occurs. As you can see half of the popup box is hidden with no way to paste the url of the image. The same error occurs if I wanted to use the drag and drop feature.

Suggestions?

Just to confirm, you don't see that here?

We'd likely need you to submit a ticket with access details for an account so we can test this. (An admin account would help as it may allow us to do additional testing.)

No sir. I do not see that here. Literally, with the add-ons disabled and taking our site back to the Master Style, the problem still occurs.
