Fixed Error -Invalid argument supplied foreach - Tag file

Hi Team,

I am getting following error in my server error log,
Can u tell the problem and how to solve this?

I think I can see a potential way for this to happen -- it looks like it may be related to no content with a tag being visible. I'll move this to bugs.

This is fixed for the next release now, thanks. It does appear to specifically be when a lot of content has a tag but the user can't see any of it.
