XF 2.2 Error after transferred to another host.

Hi,

I am having error alerts after I transfer my forum to another hosting. seems the errors are related to push notification.

This is a connection timeout error so not occurring within the software itself. This is likely a configuration issue with the new server. I would contact your new host in the first instance for support.

Are you able to contact hosting? you need me to provide you anything regarding hosting?

You yourself, would need to contact your host. XF has nothing to do with this error since its a server issue.

are you using mod-security for your server?

if its a one time error you can safely discard that but if it is happening repeatedly then contact your host.

I am not sure, how can I know about mod-security, cPanel!

I discard it many times, it's happening repeatedly.

I have contacted hosting and this is their reply:
"No errors in the mod-security records, please contact XenForo developer to check the error and ask them what procedure to do through the server."

Is there any procedure or settings that hosting should do on the server?

As the errors started after changing hosts, it's clearly a server issue.

If your new host can't resolve it, change hosts again.
