XF 2.0 Email bounce log empty values

Noticing that the email bounce log currently looks like this, with empty values in some of the fields:

With immediate effect as of Friday 2nd November 2018, Fellowsfilm has made =
some changes to our existing Terms, Rules and Regulations. You may view our=
 updated version here<https://fellowsfilm.co.uk/help/terms/>.

These changes have been made to clarify some existing policies that have be=
en instated prior to our previous update, as well as introduce a new policy=
 relating to the use of reactions on the site.

We strongly recommend you pay particular attention to the following new/rev=
ised policies:

  *   We reserve the right to remove a user's ability to grant reactions to=
 content posted on the site at any time if we believe that a user is misusi=
ng the reactions system, at our discretion. If a reactions ban is issued, a=
ny disputes will result in further disciplinary action being taken.
  *   We follow a general policy that once a file has been submitted to the=
 Download Centre, in the best interests of the overall community, it should=
 not be deleted. However, we do understand that there are some circumstance=
s in which it is necessary to delete a submitted file, such as when a newer=
 version has become available, meaning that the community will not be affec=
ted by the file's removal, and therefore in special circumstances we do gra=
nt requests for files to be deleted. All file removal requests should be ad=
dressed to admin@fellowsfilm.co.uk, and sent from the file author account's=
 associated email address. In order for your request to be properly conside=
red, full details on why you believe the file should be deleted should be i=
ncluded within your email. If your request for a file to be deleted is gran=
ted, it is important to note that you will immediately have your account's =
ability to submit any new files to the Download Centre removed. This is to =
ensure that Content Control do not waste any time reviewing files that may =
later be requested to be deleted.

These changes have been made after careful consideration within our Adminis=
tration and Staff Leadership teams of feedback we have been given from memb=
ers of the community.

You will be required to confirm your acceptance to these revised Rules and =
Regulations before continuing to use the site.

Any ideas what's causing this? Parsing issue?

The recipient will only appear if the email address is from a member and it is a validated reply (based on headers/VERP data).

This just looks like a regular reply. In general, you shouldn't be sending mail "from" your bounce handler address -- you don't want people replying to it or you get this sort of behavior. (In this case, I'm guessing your bounce handle is pointing at your no-reply address and you've set that as a "from" address in at least this case.)
