XF 1.5 - Email Bounce Log

When in the ACP and I go to Tools, Email Bounce Log, it's empty. I can't imagine this is the case. Is there something turned off that I could change to enable this logging?

XF 2.2 Is there an email bounce block list/blacklist/blocklist? Or is the only record the user state change? Can accounts be blocked for bounced emails?
