XF 1.4 Editor Missing in Windows 8.1 / IE11

Hello!

Found this thread, but its fixed, and I have the same issue..
I have Xenforo 1.4.5, Windows 8.1, IE11 and don't see editor when replying to thread. There is a field to post the text itself, but no buttons to format the text, insert hyperlinks etc.
I use Xenfocus Fusion style but the same happens when I use the default style.
jquery is jquery-1.11.0.min.js
Don't have any plugins install.
Talking about the Tchaikovsky forum.
If someone has any suggestions - will be vary thankful!

Can you reproduce this here? If you open the developer tools and go to the console (before loading the page with the editor), do you see any errors?
