Fixed IE11 on Windows 8.1: No new lines after copying and pasting text snippets

There is a bug where when copying text with multiple line breaks (new lines, carriage returns, etc.), and pasting it in the Rich Text Editor, the Rich Text Editor will remove the line breaks.

I used the Xenforo Test Forum to test the copy/paste issue, and it is apparently still in the current Xenforo.

This is fixed now (for the next 1.4 release). It's partially related to IE11 fixing some bugs that we had worked around and partially related to how IE handles some copy/paste situations.
