Editing Xenforo/Pictures Missing

Hello, I recently bought Xenforo.

I downloaded the Dark Flexile theme, and everything seemed to work fine. Then, I downloaded the original Flexile theme and certain pictures seem to be missing.

I am also having trouble editing Xenforo, like certain Widgets and other things. Do I edit those in the admin panel, or in my FTP?

Sorry, just really confused.

Editing of templates is done in the ACP.
