XF 1.1 Edit Icons gone

Ok - probably I'm missing something stupid

I can see all the edit icons when starting a thread like below



But my normal registered users only get this displayed - so I presume its some permission I have set but can't figure out what




Any help appreciated

On my forum I don't see the same preferences options as the link above ?

Try reverting this template if it is customized:

Admin CP -> Appearance -> Templates -> account_preferences

Also try disabling your addons.
