XF 2.0 duplicate reports section

So I realized just a bit ago that admins also need to be moderators in order to view and reported posts. I did test report post and couldn't see it, made myself a moderator as well and can now see it. However, I am now seeing reports in 2 locations. Is this the way its supposed to be or is there a secondary permission set somewhere?

That's correct - the Reports link will become available when there is an open report.

The link is always available under the Moderator menu.
