"Dropping tables" prior to import

Once you have done the import, if you wish to redo it, simply drop all of the tables from the database and import the clean master backup.

Looking for some clarification here, since I'm not sure what's meant by "drop all the tables from the database." Should I use a tool like phpmyadmin, open my _xenforo database, and delete all of the tables from it?

Open phpMyAdmin, click on the database, Click on Check All at the bottom of the list of tables, select Drop from the With selected dropdown.
