Ok. I got my forum up and running smoothly, but when I go to a profile page I have a blue bar across the screen. What is that and why is that there?

I got the blue out of the bar, but it now has 2 lines there where the bar use to be

From the source code, this div is responsible for that bar:

<div class="secondaryBar"></div>

Search your style for "secondaryBar":

Admin CP -> Appearance

I will try to find this when I get home today. Xenforo was down and I didn't get to see your illustration. But I did search and was unable to find a secondary bar. But i will look again shortly.
