Lack of interest Disable "No prefix" if they are required

If the user is forced to set a prefix to insert a topic in a node, it should not be displayed "No prefix" under all the professions...

Set a default one in the ACP if something like General or Other if you want a generic one, or whatever default prefix would be appropriate for that area.

It would be nice if none was selected, the prefix box would open by default.
