On the other side, all the content is actually viewable without scrolling. Mobile users are not expected to need to scroll horizontally, as that is a terrible mobile experience.

I don't need such big features anyway. A plugin like BS Live Forum Statistic in the forum is sufficient. Do you have the option to pay by credit card?

That is not possible, sorry. Removing that bar will cause the top stats widget to cease functioning.
