The cursor moves outside of the editor when scrolling down.

This is on an iPhone XR, iOS 12.2. I tried taking a screenshot, but the cursor isn’t shown.

To reproduce:
Edit a long enough post, touch a sentence, and scroll down and you will see the cursor move out of the editor.

This isn't really new, but it's not something we have any ability to control.

It's an iOS issue and it has been known (at least in the past) to work the same on any text input, including standard HTML textarea elements.

It's better than it used to be though. When focusing fields on the register overlay, the cursor would be displayed below the text input and you couldn't see what you were typing
