You need an account on http://xenmods.com that has the same email you used to get updates sent to. I'll then run a script that puts you in the right user group (so you can get a new license at a discounted rate) based on how long you had your license from Syndol.

I resolved his issue. Had a lower case e in the install script for new installations :/

I have this error when setting an auto reply

Try running this query and then creating an auto reply:

ALTER TABLE convess_auto_response
                        ADD exclude TINYINT UNSIGNED NOT NULL DEFAULT 0

Can I see private conversations with this addon?

This add on does not allow you to view your member's conversations. It is something I've considered but I'm undecided on it. There are some add ons that do that and work together with this add on. I know @Stuart Wright has that set up. I'm not sure what add on it is though. I may eventually include that feature.

Yes it is a template modification, can you enable the default theme and see if it's working on there? If so, I'll help you fix the template mod to work with your theme. If not, I'll still help, just less sure what the issue is lol

That's nice if you don't have members trying to scam other members by Private Conversation. But if you need to protect your members, then it's preferable to reserve the right to read PMs in special circumstances.

You already have functionality to read conversations through phpmyadmin, etc. They are not called Private Messages, but conversations. To protect our members and also our community I need to be able to take action in the specific case of illegal activity, suicide risk or if our members are in danger. It's absolutely essential conversation functionality from legal and ethical perspective. Even though it needs to be restricted to specific circumstances, admin only and needs to be clearly stated in the ToS.
I assume that you will be able to turn the function on or off.
