I'm not really sure what you mean. If when you reply to a message it shows that you have a new message, then that's a bug but I haven't seen it. If you mean the other person instantly gets told they have an unread message, that is expected behavior and I'm not sure why you would want to change that?How do you change this so when conversations are replied to that they don't appear as "Unread" automatically.
Will clicking on a search result take users to the actual message? Right now, it just takes you to the first page of the conversation, making the whole conversation search feature less than useful. There's not even an indication of what page each search result is on.Adding advanced search form in the next version (1.4.3): Allows you to search by your conversation prefix as well.

It would be good if the message ID in the conversation could be mapped to the search results

@Daniel Hood is there any possibility of adding these functions at all
- Permission per usergroup to lock conversations.
- When a conversation is reported the moderators with permission to moderate conversations should be added to that conversation. Not sure if this should be an option when a user reports a conversation or done automatically.
- Option to archive conversations or export them
- A 'Mark Conversations Read' link allows users to mark all their conversations as read in a single click.
- Conversation messages sent from ignored users no longer generate alerts.
