If you have the permissions set and enabled the option in admin chat options, you will have the option in chat menu list or on chat page.

If you want to see rich usernames in message list, you have to enable the option "Add "@" for user tagging" in chat admin options.

I've set it so only admins can manage bot messages. Should I add support for moderators as well?

I'm having an issue where if a user is chat banned... but then that user's account is deleted... the chat ban remains on the chat banned list, and can not be lifted.

Hm. Look like the latest version of Chat add-on was change something. I have test with 1.21.6 and still fine

@ozzy47, on the previews version, only admins could delete/edit bot messages posted in the chat. Now moderators with permissions (delete/edit any) can do the same. That's that change that I was referring to and it has been done.

@Jaxel, will make some changes for the next release.
