XF 2.0 Change Media Tab Name

I want to rename our media tab to Photo/Video but when I go to the navigation I see its greyed out is there a way to rename it or would I have to create a new menu item

You would update the title using the phrase system.

Go to Admin > Appearance > Search phrases

Filter to the XenForo Media Gallery add on, search for a title of “nav.xfmg” and text of “Media”.

That should bring it up.
