Where can I change the thumbnail font size in MG 2.2?

There is rarely a response from XF. Yes it very good but it could be improved. I have over 1 million images and videos in mine.

Hi Seeker,
Thanks for your interest. Wow over 1m is amazing. Ours is just a small specialist car club with only 400 members and no public access.
As with past requests for MG improvements, we are paying for them to be developed as add-ons just for our own needs.
So far we have developed:
1. Bulk tagging, copying and moving of media
2. Improvements to admin interface so that very large numbers of categories can be viewed nested and then expanded as needed for admin
Also admin sort similarly nested display
3. Improvements to search so that category titles and also their descriptions can be searched. Also nested display of categories to be searched to make them easier to find and select.
We are now developing two more:
4. enable all thumbnail titles to be visible (without need to hover over them). This is already the case when displayed on smartphones or tablets but strangely not on desktops!
5. when there are multiple windows of thumbnails in a high level category, these are shown below the list of sub categories. However, when one selects a second, third or any subsequent set of thumbnails to view, the screen re-draws so that one must page down to the bottom again to see the new set of thumbnails. Very inconvenient.
We are developing code to fix that.
We have used a skilled developer in Asia for all of these. He has been reliable, responsive, very reasonably priced and technically capable.
