XF 1.5 Can't upload attatchment from mobile device

Morning all,

Wonder if anyone can help with this problem my members are having. I've tried adjusting the file size of uploads, but no joy.

Here is picture upload problem from mobile devices. What could be wrong? It works from computer, but not from iPad (iOS) or android. I am getting error:

The following error occured:
The contents of the upload image do not match the file's extention.

I did check, and iPad is saving in 2 formats: JPEG and PNG:

Those that you take with the iPad are jpegs : 5 megapixel (2592 * 1936) on the back camera, 0.3 (640 * 480) on the front. Screenshots are saved as 3.1 megapixel .PNG files (2048 * 1536).


When window with "Upload a File" is opened, it is written: Accepted file types: zip, txt, pdf, png, jpg, jpeg, jpe, gif, apk

So, it should work. But it is not. Any idea?

There's a workaround for this issue in 1.5.10. If you're not running that already, it's worth upgrading to 1.5.11.

Was just getting everything ready before renewing licence and upgrading
