Can't Translate Phrase closed_reports_x_y

While translating phrase "closed_reports_x_y" I realized that x and y are DateTime instances. I don't know a way to customize how date and time segments will join. For example in my current locale setting it joins them using "at" like "yyyy/mm/dd at hh:mm". When this segment is used in RTL language, the order of "date", "time" and "at" is messed up. It wold be nice to break the time and date segment and give us more control over how to stitch them together. How about something like:

Closed Reports: {from_date} at {from_time} - {to_date} at {to_time}

That "at" is in the phrase date_x_at_time_y, which is used throughout the application for dates.

I'm not sure why it's not usable here?

Thank you so much Mike. I was not aware of this before. :)

I believe that this thread will be more appropriate in community support forum rather than here in bug reporting forum. :)
