got it fixed tksSure, but your moderator and super moderator permissions are set to 'Never', which really does mean never. Groups are cumulative. Your primary user group should always be registered. And you should rarely use "Never" unless you really mean it. I highly recommend this guide for explaining and implementing permissions properly:
