XF 2.0 cant reactivate development mode

Hi,

I have set up $config['development']['enabled'] = true; in the config.php but the development mode simply remains deactivated.

what exactly is the documentation supposed to tell me that I don't already have in my config?

A restart of the browser fixed the error. I deleted the cache by hand but it didn't help without restarting the browser.
Verry strange.
