Fixed Development mode: Uninstalling addon via CLI deletes BBCode phrase export files

If you uninstall an add-on via CLI (for the purpose of testing clean installations), the _output/phrases files for custom BBCode files are removed. Without source control, this can lead to data loss.

I do not believe this is caused by my custom uninstall steps, as none of the steps interact with BBCode specifically.

To illustrate; for my addon, these are the files that were deleted from _output/phrases on uninstall.
