If using a PC it might be that your ISP has cached the DNS and you will have to wait until they flush it at their end which can take up to 24hours depending on the ISP
You could also try editing your host file on your PC ... https://support.managed.com/kb/a683...-can-work-on-a-site-that-is-not-yet-live.aspx
And you could also try to flush your PC's DNS cache..https://documentation.cpanel.net/display/CKB/How+To+Clear+Your+DNS+Cache
