Can RM version files be replaced?

Not sure if I am overlooking this somewhere. Sometimes it is possible that a version file uploaded may need to be replaced. (Most likely user uploaded wrong file by mistake). If I go to edit resource I don't see an option to edit the uploaded file. Instead of deleting the entire version or resource and uploading new one, can the file just be replaced?

Post an update but don't change the version string. It won't count as a proper update just replace the file.
