I see that in a previous thread, a user asked about editing a Resource file after it has been uploaded. The answer was "post an update" and the thread was closed.
We have a user who accidentally uploaded two copies of the same file. First, this should not be possible. I'm surprised the validation didn't catch identical files being attached.
Second, without any ability to edit or delete uploaded resource files, the user is left with the only option being to delete the resource and re-upload or to artificially bump the version number. Changing the resource type or trying to post an update with the same file just results in the "this file already exists" error (which again, should have been something that the original form caught during the initial upload).
