This is actually the first time I've logged on here in almost a year, not because I ever lost faith in xF, I was always 100% convinced of victory and a bright future for the guys & the software, but because of loads of personal reasons I gave up on my site as all my time & effort had to be put into resolving other issues in life.
Finally this week everything fell into place, so we decided to celebrate by adopting a dog from a local animal charity, in discussion with them yesterday I offered to help them on a couple of projects including adding a forum to their website by donating my xF licence to them.
So, I wake-up early this morning at 3.30am
, all excited about picking-up the new woof this afternoon, and decided to look on here to see what has been going on, as I was intending to renew my licence before donating it, and blow me - WOW!, simply WOW! 
Congratulations to KAM, the mods & the legal team - this is fantastic news.
Even Bobby is pleased.....

Oh, and if development is going to be restarted as a result of the settlement - I'll be immediately renewing all eight of my licenses to help fuel the kickstart.
