just curious, are you now bein sued by IB aswell? or you are just included in the suit for conspiracy?

Honestly i know nothing more then you. Everything i know is from the documents on Pacer. I have no other information , received no official papers or anything like that.

I never used any IB computer or step my foot in their offices. What i am trying to find out is who invaded my privacy ? Did they read my skype chats with my wife or friends ? How can my logs can be read by third party.
I also tried checking those log by date on my mac and my Skype doesn't let me check logs that are older then 6 months.

I just read document #75 and evidence of Claim 1 is simple awesomely amusing. I mean LOL x a billion.

Their whole case revolves around the fact that Kier used to work there. They say he worked on the XF code while there under the guise of vB 4.0.
Very flimsy premise, but at least we know for a fact now as to their real intentions.
