Interesting how "no recollection" got replaced by "not having knowledge of".
 
I hope this means it will be all over soon. Looks like a firestorm is brewing in the other place.

I am ready for XF to not have to think about this anymore.

Getting back to work now, OMG I am so far behind.

Basically, VBSI's application for the hearing date to be brought forward was denied by the Judge, and he completely wrote over the proposed document- which I find funny.

That was partially intended, seems that my parser doesn't totally work to remove the hyperlinks if they're non-existent. Anyway, time to re-do the hyperlinks and correct them each to a url on my server.

Thank you. I understand about 1% what's mentioned in these documents, so I don't investigate them - glance over them. I am glad they're publicly available.

It's a shame to see Freddie, Steve, Colin, Darren being sucked into this. More lives being affected.

It is a shame, but hardly a surprise. I know times are tough and people need work but I have often wondered how anyone could work for a company like this...I'm sure those who are still there keep an eye over their shoulders all the time. If they don't, they should be.

and still some people are still defending vbulletin/IB at their best knowing everything is bull$sh!t .

Those employes should counter sue them for trying to destory their reputation .

It was the Ex Parte Application that was denied by the judge. The motion to amend the complaint remains due to be heard at the beginning of Oct 11.

I am not talking about their job position, I am talking about them being accused of being co-conpirators and part the defendants group now. That is, if I glanced over 62-2 correctly.
