Those employes should counter sue them for trying to destory their reputation .

Everybody is free to their opinion which they base on their own observations.
Everybody can see things in a different light. Hence why there's a dispute that is being settled in court.

Now that I wrote that, please note that Opinion has nothing to do with the law. It goes by facts - supported by evidence.

It is a shame on who ever decided to include us into this case. I still can't believe what kind of moral ethic those managers have at IB. They are hurting people who did their job for them. I feel ashamed that i was part of their team then.

Personally, I'd love to see IB lawyers sanctioned for wasting the court's time... Maybe I'm missing something here, but from everything I've read it seems pretty clear IB has no case and is simply using the legal system to harass, and presumably bleed Xenforo to death.
