Its a PR nightmare for any normal company, but for them its business as usual.
Sadly so it seems.. with what is it 4? outstanding lawsuits against them, I guess you are right

They will get that money if and when they win the case. The doubt is that do they have enough money and time to go on with this case. I think besides the money being spent, the developers are having to spend a lot of time on this case as well. This will no doubt be affecting development of the xenforo forum software as well.

wondering do you guys have enough money to continue defending the lawsuits? even if you claimed the security protection or whats its called for uk that is only the case if you win the case in uk but what about the money for investing on lawyers during the period of the lawsuit it surely cost too much?

Just finished my celebration Pizza. I ordered Pizza for the dogs too.
Now all of us are full. Back to taking care of my customers now.
I hope this madness from IB/vB will end soon.
I also hope XenForo can get a really super massive settlement in a counter suit that can finance all Kier and Mike want to do with XenForo.

Good for you, Anthony!
I still remember just before XenForo was announced, how in the face of dozens of unsatisfied customers at vBulletin, you would always try to make the best of the situation and present their best side. Though I have been an unsatisfied customer myself for quite a while, I would always read your posts and say to myself..."Wow, vBulletin has really got a loyal customer in the shape of Anthony!"
And then when they played the whole lawsuit game just one day before sales started for XenForo, I remember it being the last straw for you and how you lashed back at them. For me, vBulletin had lost their case that very day...if they couldn't retain a loyal customer like you, then well...they've got issues with their ownselves and that's where the blame should be put.
As Kier just confirmed, XenForo is really lucky to have you on their side. And it's always refreshening for me to see your loyal support for what you believe in. Hence, I repeat...good for you, Anthony!

Well said Saeed, I can only agree. Anthony was one the few voice's of reason left on VBulletin's forums and when users of that stature bail out, you know that it's time to think about leaving yourself. It's been very noticeable that even the most die hard users have started to voice discontent in recent weeks.
It's heartening to know that there are still some people in this world that value ethics over personal gain and that's something Internet Brands would do well to understand.
Way to go Xenforo .- Status
