I wonder... if the people that IB mentioned recently–and previously I suppose–did not do the actions described, doesn't that open IB for those people to counter-sue for (Defamation of Character or something)? If they're just pulling names and hoping something sticks, doesn't that add another layer of complication and something else that could backfire on them?

On a serious note . . . . . .I have a wild theory all these people leaving vB and not stating any reasons . . . Well when Xenforo wins the court case vs vB I bet they will all announce that they joined the xF team. It totally makes sense as to why they are all keeping quiet.

...I still can't believe what kind of moral ethic those managers have at IB. They are hurting people who did their job for them....

Sociopaths don't have moral ethics. Cortical blood flow studies actually show that the part of the brain that has been mapped as processing morals, ethics, guilt, etc. in most people does not activate in sociopathic personality types. They literally don't go there - Here are comparative cortical blood flow photographs!

Indeed. Lets just refer to them as the silent killer who is slowly killing their employees at night. . . Soon they will get shamil!

Thanks for your concern. That is why I said in reference to no particular company, and I likewise named no particular individuals.

I made a general informational post speaking about ability or disability of being able to process issues of morality, and gave a citation (that includes informative, even dramatic, illustration of this phenomenon) for a clinical study that supported that hypothesis.

If any organization has 100 employees, for example, there is a statistical possibility that at least one may be a sociopathic personality. Of course, certain organizations, and again I am speaking generally, may tend to tolerate, attract, or even actively seek out such personality types, in which case the percentage might be higher.
 
Considering the thread and the quoted content, the implication is fairly evident.

Still, I'm not the one who said it so what do I care.
