Not sure how that could be regarded as 'similar'? XF vs IB is a very unique case with a very unique story behind it.

IB was the defendant in that case. They were awarded damages for patents and trade secrets of which there are none in the XF case. And IB's expert witness testified that there is no stolen code in XF. The two cases do not compare.
