Makes me wonder if it can be used against IB in some way, during the lawsuit heh.

That is very professional...I don't get it....is that a marketing technique I don't know about...put down people at your site to make yourself look better...what is up with that. I find it disturbing...

I had stated before that I didn't think Lawrence would last long. I think there's some truth to that. It really shows in his frustration and manner. That's just my opinion, of course.

Yep, after getting some responses that his post was not the best choice he selected to go back and edit it to make it even worse sounding.

EDIT: And now he locked the thread. Just.... wow.

I second that opinion...though...tbh if this case would just end....I wouldn't even care who is there looking for a paddle on a vessel sinking into bedrock.

WOW ...that makes me think that is his real job there...crowd control , who better to do that than someone who specializes in helping (mis)info reach people...(unless I misunderstand that is what he is right?....a marketing person) Just wow. It sends a pretty deep message IMHO
 
So... the California case, to make this relevant, do you think that this could be used? I suppose defendants could use this to depose Lawrence Cole to make this look like a spiteful attack against Mert.

I share that sentiment, however, I do enjoy browsing over there for entertainment like we just saw in that thread.

It very well may be, if they don't delete posts before then. Hopefully someone took screen shots.

I imagine there's a few print-screeners running around by now, especially after it's been brought to the attention of a number of people now.

This really seems to open up IB to highlight how unprofessional their staff are and bringing it up in court might display just how far down the ridiculousness goes across several levels, not just the programming side.
 
The truth will eventually show up and could be read by everyone who follow the case , till then let me be an incompetent guy :)

And yes the insults within those threads will be supplied to my attorney. Screenshots and all the other details have already been gathered by.
 
I still want to know why he was hired if he was so incompetent to start with? That makes no sense. Or why he lasted more than a day if that were the truth. The lies are beginning to pile higher and higher.

Yeap.

I have a huge feeling that there will be a huge relief on both sides, customers and employees alike, once this whole mess is over with.

I was incompetent but they were asking me to move and work at LA office :) What a nice company getting ready to spend that much money for an incompetent guys move to LA
 
One again, could I please ask for discussion concerning this individual to stop as it really has nothing to do with the case.

By all means discuss any relevance with the case, but if you wish to discuss vBulletin employees then please do so on the vBulletin forum.

I have been in the same boat. I dragged along the conversion to xF for approximately 8/9 months - I decided to give vBulletin more chances to return the investment that I put into vBSI. But no, not only does the operations manager says that it would be "amically" better to part company - and I have proof. He offered me double what I originally thought I'd get.

I think IB/vBSI are just trying to make up excuses for their losses. I gave them chances after chances.
I'd love to be able to provide a testimony to this fact to help counter any claims in the case that xenforo has caused them a loss of custom.

No, you don't. That's exactly what IB wants; more "defendants" which in turn means more cash drain. Meaning, everyone who's in the case are actually what I like to call Collateral. In other words, two birds, one stone.
 
How long do you think it will be before the case gets back on the schedule? With Thanksgiving and the winter holiday's coming up, I expect this won't get started until early next year.

If it was me, I would have my attorney request to split the case. I wouldn't want to be lumped in as a defendant with XF. The rationale being, I am not currently employed by them and I don't have any business relationships with them, take me to court independently. Then schedule the court dates AFTER the case with XF, and then when that was decided ask for a summary dismissal.
