Not a bug Breadcrumb links do not open correct page

If I click on the "General Discussions" link in the breadcrumbs bar it just opens the main Forum page view but the URL is http://xenforo.com/community/#general-discussions.4

I would expect it to be just the General Discussions category.

Same goes for "Official Forums" - http://xenforo.com/community/#official-forums.1

Currently there is no difference between Category and Forum.

Is this by design or is it a bug?

"Categories" don't have their own page, I've never seen a need for them to have one really

By design. The hash takes you to that category in the list. It avoids having a second page for that, that very rarely gets used.

It only really becomes noticeable on very long forumhomes when you click a category that is right at the bottom of the page it will load the home and scroll to that category... glad to see this design

I must be one of the only people who uses the Category view
