XF 2.2 Blurred images for guests

I have added a Community Advice & Snippets forum

When looking as a guest, images show blurred. When logged in, they show excellent quality. I can't seem to figure out why though.

Guests see the thumbnail because you have restricted the permission to view attachments in the user group.

The Unregistered / Unconfirmed can see attachments according to this. Or am I missing something?

Okay, I get that. But how do I fix this seeing the group permission is set to Yes?
