Add-on Be able to put code for options in phrases

I want to be able to put code for options in phrases.

For example I want to put {$xenOptions.boardTitle} in a phrase.

where {xenhrase 'name_of_phrase'} is called, add {xenhrase 'name_of_phrase', 'title={$xenOptions.boardTitle}'} instead. Then change the phrase to be "Something: {title}" and it'll show the board title.
