Default value for max tag per post is 5. Maybe it's your problem?
Where do I change that setting?
Unless you rename the GroupCan we create custom group tags, Eg: Moderators can be tagged as @Mods

Fixed a serious bug that prevents post alert from being sent.
I'm having the same issues as Rob. For a while my guys were only getting some of their tags, now they aren't getting ANY alerts. I have triple checked the permissions and limits, even changed them and changed them back. Nothing seems to be working and I'm pulling my hair out. I just updated to the latest version last night and I'm still having issues. As of last night I'm on XF 1.3 and nothing has changed. What else can I look for?
Sorry guys, I messed up this time. Please update to 3.0.1 to have alerts working.PM Sent![]()
Changed the setting to 'unlimited' for all usergroups - but the user is still not receiving alerts.Default value for max tag per post is 5. Maybe it's your problem?
You are running XenFori 1.3 with latest version of this add-on (3.0.1) right?Changed the setting to 'unlimited' for all usergroups - but the user is still not receiving alerts.
Nope. 2.1.0b. I'm performing an upgrade just now.You are running XenFori 1.3 with latest version of this add-on (3.0.1) right?
v3.0.1 only works with 1.3... If you are running 1.2, use this https://xfrocks.com/resources/bd-tag-me-for-xenforo-1-2.11/Nope. 2.1.0b. I'm performing an upgrade just now.

The add-on doesn't have any data so you can uninstall it and re-install the correct version....I've already upgraded. How should I downgrade this?
What if I simply over-write the files and import the xml?The add-on doesn't have any data so you can uninstall it and re-install the correct version.
If you want to persist user email preferences, it will be a bit more complicated. Not sure if you want to go that route?
