Have you tried the position Below Top Breadcrumb? I believe that is where Russ said he has it. We were talking about it the other day when trying to figure out how to put this on just the portal and replace the sliders that come with xenPorta.

You weren't a nuisance I don't think. He's just had alot going on in his personal life, touching up a custom theme he made for my site as well as others. Also his premade themes take up his time as well.

I tried every possible COMBINATIONS, the ad disappears, look:
