Came back from a trip last night and now my right sole is hurting... maybe sole is the wrong word, but back of my good where my connect to the back of my foot hurts. I have no idea why and it only happens when I step on it. 
In related news my finger also hurts if there's some sort of pressure on the first joint behind my nail on my index finger. I'm not sure how I slept last night that I wake up with injuries.

In the end, I didn't bother with shoes at all for badminton tonight, and my ankles are thankful as a result 
The games served as a good distraction from other events going on today, which was a welcome break.

Looks like an event for the XenForo convention I wanna play, still can't believe you have an actual venue to play badminton, kinda jealous not going to lie Thanks for the pics and you should take more breaks more often. Also I stand corrected about gymnasium floors and barefooting...who's up for some barefoot golf?

Bare feet and gymnasium floors aren't to everyone's taste, but having tried with and without shoes extensively, I have a definite preference now.Looks like an event for the XenForo convention
And yeah, let's hope for a windless day for the XenForo convention so we could have a few games on the grass

Can't say I've ever had anyone step on me though.
I play badminton on Wednesday, and forgot my training shoes once. We had two people on the one side of the court. I took the front half, my partner the other, and he still managed to squash my poor feet
