Mike XenForo developer Staff member Jul 3, 2013 #21 Based on that error, you've actually banned the IPs via Users > Banned IP Addresses. What have you entered there? Alternatively, it could be add-ons so you may want to confirm the issue with those disabled. Upvote 0 Downvote

nando99 Member Jul 3, 2013 #22 this guy's (http://i.imgur.com/cShkCev.png) ip is 128.23.72.189 and its not banned (http://prntscr.com/1dddcu) these are my addons: http://prntscr.com/1ddb87 i disabled the only addon that deals with spam... not sure what else to do... Upvote 0 Downvote

For example: http://whatismyipaddress.com/ip/199.27.128.119 This makes me think that you're not actually removing the CF IPs from REMOTE_ADDR in config.php (https://support.cloudflare.com/entries/22052193-How-do-I-restore-original-visitor-IP-with-XenForo-), so you may well be banning completely valid users.
