XF 1.1 Banned IP?

I cant seem to find a banned ip in the banned ip list...

It belongs to an unregistered member trying to register...

Not sure what the issue is...

Any help is appreciated.

Based on that error, you've actually banned the IPs via Users > Banned IP Addresses. What have you entered there?

Alternatively, it could be add-ons so you may want to confirm the issue with those disabled.

this guy's (http://i.imgur.com/cShkCev.png) ip is 128.23.72.189 and its not banned (http://prntscr.com/1dddcu)

i disabled the only addon that deals with spam...

not sure what else to do...

Disable all add-ons.
Ban and un-ban the IP address again.
Check if the user still has that IP address and can now access the site.

A number of the IPs you have banned are actually CloudFlare IPs. For example: http://whatismyipaddress.com/ip/199.27.128.119

This makes me think that you're not actually removing the CF IPs from REMOTE_ADDR in config.php (https://support.cloudflare.com/entries/22052193-How-do-I-restore-original-visitor-IP-with-XenForo-), so you may well be banning completely valid users.

awesome! thanks mike, that cloudflare fix worked... i honestly didnt think it was anything but XF since it was XF that was serving the banned message...
