Not a bug Banned email address list not blocking registrations

Day before yesterday, I SQL'd in the March 2018 list of disposable email addresses from https://xenforo.com/community/resources/ban-disposable-email-hosts.5939/.
The AVForums banned email list is quite comprehensive.

My email ban list includes
*@82c8.com
*@disbox.org
*@moakt.ws

but the same troll successfully created accounts with those email addresses yesterday.
Is there a bug in the anti-spam system?

No bug here, but the list of banned email addresses is heavily cached. Simplest thing to do is go in to the banned email list in the Admin CP, add a new email address (anything) and then click Save. That will rebuild the cache. You can then delete the new one you added.
