XF 2.1 Authy Push not activating?

Trying to enable Authy Push, but nothing shows what the error is:

In the logs, all I see is this, but I can't make heads or tails of what's causing it:

Sorry to bump this, but one of my "Creators" ranked peeps tried doing Authy Push himself, and it didn't let him. Could we get this fixed?

I've tried with multiple API Keys on Authy, and even "Credentials".

We're on Cloud hosting at the moment. But I would think it should work on it.

I see reference to a third party add-on in the trace so that could be involved.

The usual troubleshooting steps apply - disable all add-ons and test in a completely default style.

Seems it's ThemeHouse's User Improvements which I kinda have to use (for one of the Pro Member perks); so maybe we won't be able to use Push unless ThemeHouse fixes it?

They 'forwarded it to a dev' so hope they'll release a patch soon.
