Update.

This only happens when approving posts from the moderation queue.

It does not happen when approving posts inline from the thread - see above ^

The plot thickens ... Approve this via the moderation queue.

This is fixed.

It was actually a line ending issue. We weren't always standardizing them but that has changed.

Last edited by "user who have edited the post"
