I completely understand that you do not have a "public" repo. To break it down from a business perspective - hire him as a contractor (1099 - or similar to Brogan - I don't know the agreement there). Pay him a minimal salary, "knowing"
@digitalpoint he could care less about the $$ he's here because he enjoys the framework and truly wants to help it grow.
Im sure he would "donate" his salary back to XF one way or another (license purchases).
You could then maybe spend more time "reviewing" code and integrating or whatever the agreement is. I genuinely believe this would be a huge benefit for us all.
I could also see similar arrangements with
@Russ @Steve F @Dad. in regards to UI/UX - themes. Kier and you could spend more time "reviewing".
Just imagine implementing some of the resources, research, and designs from these guys mentioned above.
